RBC: Housing recovery is coming, but don’t expect a boom

While we shouldn’t expect a dramatic boom, there’s reason for measured optimism. According to the report, we might see sales and prices dip again in 2026 before a modest rebound in 2027, driven by pent-up demand and improved affordability. For buyers and sellers alike, staying informed and making well-timed decisions is key.
